Quality, Research and Development
High efficiency, reliability and safety consists three pillars of what we called Quality. Our entire production process is closely monitored. Every cell and module is subjected to at least 36 steps of the most stringent quality inspection procedures and undergoes comprehensive in-house testing in the most advanced UL certified testing lab. It tests its products under extreme conditions such as tropical humidity, desert heat, coastal salt mist or agricultural ammonia enveloped atmosphere.
Total Quality Information Management System
Manufacturing excellence requires a robust and error-proof quality system based on huge data of production and quality, to realize multi-dimension comprehensive statistic analysis and trend prediction. JinkoSolar has developed sophisticated IT-based manufacturing defense systems to control manufacturing quality and enhance error prevention. These systems are linked through the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to perform stringent production control. Abnormal signals from these defense systems will notify technicians responsible for taking prompt actions in a timely manner. These systems mitigate the production risks and any critical deviations from all the tools and production processes.
Supplier Chain Quality Management
The Company conducted a deep-dive audit on all material suppliers and announced the incoming material quality requests to enhance supplier’ s delivery quality. QC also implemented innovative statistical matching methodologies to achieve the goal of enlarging the manufacturing window with better quality control. The scope of the methodology includes raw material, facility, metrology and process tools, wafer/cell/module acceptance test data and reliability performance
The JinkoSolar Qualtiy Control Segment is also responsible for leadership of the company towards the ultimate goal of zero-defect production through the use of continuous improvement programs. Periodic customer feedback indicates that products shipped from JinkoSolar have consistently met or exceeded their field quality and reliability requirements.
